My light isn't coming on?

I have a 2x65 watt dual current satellite system. One of the lights aren't working. I checked to see if it was the bulb and they were fine. does this have something to do with the ballasts?

check the endcaps of the unit

also make sure the ballasts have prorper air circulation and is not overheating

what are the endcaps?

endcaps are those caps that come in different colors usually in red and yellow. They are used instead of electric tap.

check the endcaps where the ends of the bulbs go into (the bulb should be tight in the socket (endcap)). also check the wiring and heat issues where the ballast maybe adding a small fan can prevent this from happening if the ballast gets to hot
