PFO HQI Ballast repair

I need help trying to find the right capacitor for my PFO HQI ballast. I think PFO is out of business and I can't find their website. I need a 45uF 260VAC min. capacitor. I ordered one from hellolights.com for a regular 400W ballast. I thought they were the same but looking at the spec. of the new one, it is 25uF instead of 45uF. I was told it wouldn't work for the HQI ballast. I searched the web for the 45uF capacitor and came back empty handed. Any ideas?

That's odd. All of the pulse start ballasts made by venture, sola, and howard use a 24uf capacitor.

43-52uf x 220-250v , 45uf x 370v or 43-52 uf x 330v
