3/4" bulkheads

so, i ordered a diamond drill bit b/c i need to drill a few holes for my sump and he sent me a 42mm instead of a 35, i checked and the seal would still completely cover the whole, but it wouldnt be as tight. Do you think it will be ok, or should i order another drill bit. I got it for super cheap so im not worried about it. i have drilled a few tanks in the past

I've seen where drilled holes are larger then existing bulk heads installed. This is usually because at onetime or another, Schedule 80 bulk heads were used or intended.

i could also get the heavy duty bulkheads i believe they are made by hayward, and brs sells them, i just have regular bulkheads sitting around and i think it will be ok.
