DIY waste conyainer for skimmer

need some help on this.i need to know what type of bit,how to fasten tube onto bottom of cup.what size tubing.

there has got to be a way to drill the bottom of the cup with some double sided gasket with a pvc or rubber tube so it just drains into a cup.

Why not use a uniseal after you drill the cup.

I drilled the bottom of the cup then used a tap and then I use a fitting. I will post a pic when I get home. If you are attending the swap I would be more than glad to do it for you.
