diy mod for mtc pro 6500

First off let me begin by saying there is nothing on this skimmer anywhere on the net..anyhow i figure we got alot of good diy guys on here,i have no problem doing this i just want to make sure i'm able to...this skimmer takes airstones i want delete that and put a bubble plate at the bottom with a needlewheel pump...this is a 48 inch tall skimmer ..jut wondering if this mod will turn this skimmer into a beast and what pump u guys think i should use i was gonna use a secce...thanx for the help guys

Bubbles are bubbles, doesn't matter where they come from. Airstone, beckett, venturi, needle wheel, pinwheel. So yes, you can do it.

i have some info on the 4500

if intrested i have info on the 4500s, would also love to see some way to mod it. i havent used it in a long time but it was a very good skiimer. a lfs near me still uses them andthey seem to work well

Why not run a bigger air pump
Add a mazie injector.
Before modding whats the problem .
I have owned to many skimmers ??????
