Protein skimmer for 150 gallon tank?

Hey everyone im looking for a great skimmer that doesnt take up to much space. I wish i can have the best of the best but Im setting a budget of $400 on it to make room for other expenses. It will be a fowlr tank if that matters.

I did post a thread similar to this back when my cousin needed a skimmer which he settled for a Reef octopus Diablo space saver im having a hard time finding which one would be best but now im open to more options until i figure out exactly his model. This should be the last peice of the puzzle than i can set up the tank. Btw should a skimmer be running when cycling?

I've been told not to run the skimmer while cycling (which is what I did) as there is no need to remove junk that you actually need to move the cycle along.

Hey thanks for the responses I ended up ordering the classic reef octo 220 internal skimmer rated up to 300 gallons. Hopefully it will be worth it

Nice...I haven't heard of anyone I know disappointed with their ReefOctopus skimmers.
