Thoughts on new budget lighting

So my old lighting system is on the fritz and I thought this is the perfect opportunity for an upgrade. So I am stuck between getting 2 Marsaqua 165W LEDs or 1 48? 324W LED. Which do you guys think is better for a 48? 75gal? Here are the links for each:

I personally wouldnt recommend either of them. Cheapest I would recommend are reefbreeder or sb light brand. May be worth checking the forums to see if you can get a set of either used to save some money.
