Sump supplies in Manhattan

I am toying with the idea of building and installing a 15g sump for my 50g tank. Due to space limitations I will not be able to go any bigger than a 15g.

Where in NYC can you find supplies for a DIY sump?

I think I can scrounge up some pvc at some local hardware stores (even thought I have been told its illegal for them to carry it) but what about acrylic sheets for baffles? I of course do not have a saw either so I would need them to be pre-cut for me.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Canal plastics on canal st
they can cut it for you and they have the glue also
I finished up my sump and have some PVC parts left over
if you have a list of parts you need I could check what I have
