I have read some web pages that tell about feeding "plakton" to the new born fry. What "plankton" should be used ? Will rotifers do ? or I must feed copepods in order to obtain a good survival rate ?
Thanks
Chico
Hi Francisco. I think your very best bet would be to go to http://www.seahorse.org to learn the most current (and best) information on rearing many species of seahorses and their relatives.
Hi,
I have already read their articles, but none of them is specific about plakton. Some articles tell just to put some aquarium water in a sunny window in the hope that some "plankton" bloom there to raise the seahorses. But thanks for tip.

Hhmm.. well, then I suggest trying http://www.wetwebfotos.com/talk - some folks there are into rearing seahorses. You might do well to simply post on the seahorse.org BB asking this very same question.
