blue face with a puffy eye

I added to new fish to my tank. Those fish are fine but it seems there was a lot of running around the tank and some of the rocks are moved. I don't know if my blue face got a puffed eye from hitting a rock or infection. I have a fish only tank. It is not possible for me to quartine him. I was going to do a water change tonight to clear up the water. what can I do to help him????

If its in one eye nothing really except keep the water quality up. Should go down on its own. Probably hit the eye on something.

the eye is huge but it is only one eye and a little white in the center he has had this before where i thought he hit it but not this big. other eye looks fine.

If its an infection it should be in both eyes. But maybe your situation is different, I don't know.
