yellow banded pipe fish breeding or parasite problem?

Seems like my pipe-fish are breeding looks like there are eggs attached to the underside of one of the fishes body. Either that or my tank has a serious parasite problem. But it does only appear to isolated to this particular fish. (for the time being)

Anyone else ever had this happen or managed to keep the brood alive?

It does look like eggs but hard to tell in that picture. My bluestripe is always carrying eggs. He is the one in the back of this picture.
