does anyone know where i can buy a sheet of black acrylic or plexi glass? i need it to be about 12x20. how much would it cost?

It depends on the thickness. If you need 1/4" it should be around $15 or so.

There's two places on Canal st. Canal Plastics and Plastic Land. Call both and see who has the best price.

There`s also a place in New Rochele called plastic works lots of colors. Tim....

Plastic works also has misc. pieces that you can buy for like $5 a piece - you'll just have to bring a measuring tape to check if the pieces they have are the right size.

They are right off I-95 in New Ro, so, easy to get to for all.

They also sell their own version of Weldon (very watery one) and it works awesome, I used this for al my acrylic building (and have some left)
