Help emerald crab eating my fruit loops

I scared him away the first time then he went back. He was trying to rip a piece off. He stopped now i just hope it stays that way.

At least your rabbit wasnt eating your trix.tell him silly crab fruit loops are for kids seriously though no crabs are reef safe.

Many critters like crabs are considered reef safe but...keep in mind many reef safe critters are also 'opportunistic feeders' meaning IF what they want to eat is not available to them - they will eat other things.
There are plenty of references on the net that the younger an emerald crab is the more it will stick to eating algae..the older ones can develop a taste for corals
Eating Fruit Loops is an expensive diet
You need to banish that guy to your sump asap..and if you can't catch him right away..then move the fruit loops there until you can catch him!

I've moved it far away form him. Unfortunately i don't have a sump but he never travels far from the bottom of the tank so i think i will be ok.

Maybe put the fruit loops on a frag rack suction cupped to the wall higher up so he cant get them? if they're a frag that is.
