I didn't participate in the Forum for a long time (was very busy, etc). However, now I need your help.
I have a 90 g reef - octagon shape, acrilyc tank, which is about 11 years old, and today it started leaking. At this point, I don't know what to do. I am thinking of the following options:
1. Sell as soon as possible everything and try to forget about it (I don't like this one).
2. Tomorrow, buy a new smaller tank, and transfer everything into it. Sell the extra rocks.

What do you guys think? Do you have any advice what to do? Also, where can I buy a new acrilyc tank?

Thank you,
Lana

Thanks for the reply.
I am completely lost (I also flooded my neighbor). I love the hobby, but it is very time consuming, especially at the time like this. Right now, I have a huge headache, and my blood pressure is over the roof.
However, without a reef tank, I think that something would be missing in my life. Even my husband, who always wanted me to sell the tank (because it takes too much time), tells me that it is probably a bad idea to be without a it.
I have no idea what to do and where to get a new tank.

The bottom of the tank is leaking. It is leaking on one of the sides, (it has an octagon shape = 8 walls). I am not able to see where exactly it is leaking. I don't think that it is leaking a lot, but enough to flood my neighbor, although, I don't know for how long it is going on. It may leak for a few days, I don't know. If it wasn't for my neighbor, I probably wouldn't notice it, yet. The corner of my rug got wet, but nothing very noticeable.

Fry,

It is a 90 g octagon shape acrilyc tank, the stand and the trimming is red wood, I love the way it looks. I don't know what size I want; I would like a nice looking tank. However, I don't have a lot of room, and the tank cannot be very long. My current tank is 36 inches long and it is almost round.

Thanks for the link.
I believe, it has to be ordered, and I don't know how long I would have to wait. I need a tank now. It can be any shape. Do you know of any stores in New York that sell good tanks.
