Hi, I recently read that there's a difference between a 75 gallon fish tank and a 75 gallon reptile tank. Can any body help me with with this? I bought a 75g tank from a guy on c-list that had a snake in it. Anyway to tell if there's a difference? Can I use it for my build? Thanks

No!!!! The glass in a reptile tank is MUCH thinner than in a fish tank..it will not hold the pressure of the water without breaking!

Looks fine. Just measure the glass. Who cares if it can hold water for two days - tell us that 6m from now when it explodes on your floor :)

Again, just measure the glass thickness and you'll have your answer.

in the future, you should have the complete bottom supported when you fill a tank. looks like its over hanging on the right.

looks like a fish tank. reptile tanks or critter cages, as some are called usually have a sliding top built in and no center brace.

Yea, it was hanging I emptied it and moved it, just finished my stand for it last night. So today I will check the thickness and if it's right...I will start to clean and bring inside my house until I finish my sump
