how to stop email from every post

Hi all, can someone help me every time i post on a thread and someone else reply's my phone goes off for new email. i love to keep chatting but this email is going bonkers

go into user cp then go into subscribed threads and change email notification setting. you do this by checking the thread and then at the bottom where it says "selected threads" hit the drop down menu and you can change the notification type there

oh you have to be in the view all portion of subscribed threads. hope this helps
