in need of 1 3/4" diamond drill bit

I need to drill for a 1" bulkhead for my refugium but no one carries that size bit. Does anyone have one here that I could borrow/rent for the day? If not where can I get one? One guy told me to look for a diamond hole saw but I'm not too sure of the difference.


I would love to get this done today or tomorrow.
