Have a 29 gal biocube with Kessil A350 lighting. I keep the lights on a timer turning on the lights starting at 1 PM and turning off at 11PM. I usually feed at night at around 10PM. Watch the tank at night this is why I set the light this way,

Always in a rush in the am when heading off to work at around 8:00am but the lights are off so I do not feed because the lights are off. Of course I can turn them on but it seems like it takes a bit to "wake up" and do not have time to wait around.

Open to suggestions...

Thanks!

Have a pair of ocellaris clowns, 6 line wrasse, pygmy angel, a goby, 2 shrimps 3 zoas, a duncan, trumpet.....

Edd understood what I was trying to ask.

If you have a timer for lights that is set to come on later in the day, how can you feed the tank in the morning when the lights are off? No tme for me to turn them on and wait, then feed. I can keep the lights on all day and risk algae growth?
