There's nothing you can do for 3 months to keep a reef going by itself. You'll need a friend or significant other you can trust. Even then it is a gamble.
The first response was straight forward.
A LFS will service the tank but probably in your house and do you want some stranger likely a kid in your house?

If you have 3 months , I would start teaching someone that you can trust the ways of your craft! , it's not easy and I wish you the best of luck with this issue .
