I'm just wondering if red maroon clown fish eat vegetables and fruit?

From what I read they do as well as a-lot of different types of fish, and especially tropical ones, but I couldn't find any information that specifically said if red maroons can

and if they can, what types and how should it be cut up?

Thanks

Is this a joke? Is the answer sea cucumbers? Fruits and veggies do not live on a reef. Do you mean algae and seaweed? Some fish do, but not you Maroon Clown.

They do eat human fingers though, good luck.

NO. Clownfish are planktivores, and specifically eat zooplankton (animals).

Herbivorous fishes can eat leafy greens (preferably algae like nori, but they will eat land-based leafy greens as well in limited amounts), but a clown is not herbivorous. It's not even really omnivorous.

Actually clownfish are found to have high amounts of alga in their gut from cleaning areas for egg laying. There was a paper written about gut content of clownfish

Oro50-
Just plant some carrot and celery seeds in your sand bed around February, should have some lively produce around springtime that your clowns can harvest.

Go for the heirloom varieties.
