I picked up 2 bottles of this stuff. And it say mix tap water with instant ocean sea salt {1.020 to 1.024 specific gravity}. Condition water with instant ocean marine conditioner. Now my ? Is have anybody ever use this stuff with Tap water on a new build

It's bacteria to get your tank going. First setup the tank and then add the water and salt, get it up to the correct SG, and then add the Bio-Spira.

The tank is set up and ready for wat. So is it ok to do it that way or just stick with ro water

Stick with rodi water if your going to do anything.

That product instructions are geared towards fresh water, hence the tap water conditioner.

Just do like stated before.
Add after everything is up and running.

Use RO water, and then once you have the SG to the correct level add the Bio-Spira to the tank. Make sure you have a good amount of water breakage too.

Ok I'll stick with ro water. Wat do u mean by enough water breakage

You need good water movement, which includes surface breakage, as the Bio-Sprio will use up a lot of the oxygen in the water.

Ooh ok I have two wp's 25 in there right now till I can get something better

One more ? Should I use fish,raw shrimp or just leave it like it is for now
