I Am Pissed !!!!!!!!!

Well after a couple of weeks my BRAND NEW Wavyseas starts to sqeak. So i lower it from speed 6 to 5 the 4 and so on ........ So I email the company and there response was to send it in to get checked so I responded that I need a replacment since its my only return and they right back "Go buyanother one to use until we fix yours and then use it as for 2 returns"

I am pissed i wrote back stating after 1 month and mine not working what would make me buy another one there not cheap at all. My return goes through my canopy and my canopy DOES NOT LIFT. So what do I do

that is some BS CS. they should send you a new one and when you get it then send the bad one back.

Thats what I said. Even a used one just untill its fixed its not like its old its brand new. I had 2 and decided to go with one and I just sold the other one the day after it started to make noise should of kept it and used it until this gotten fixed. Story of my life
