hey all, just wanted to jump in and intro myself. I'm new to this board, been reading and posting over on RC for a short while now. I used to have a 55g reef several years ago; right now i'm planning a 120 in wall setup and doing lots of reading and research to make it a nice setup without breaking the bank. So, i'll be doing a lot of DIY stuff and also trolling the boards for used gear.
my first order of business is to find a suitable tank...so if anyone has a line on a 120 (48x24x24) for sale or coming up for sale then please keep me in mind and/or drop me a PM/email. I live in western Nassau, work in NYC, married, 1 3.5yr old son, 2nd son due in april. I look forward to becoming an active member here and to getting to know you guys. thats it for now...

jsc welcome to our little world. Like Josh said, those tanks are a regular sight in the for sale thread here. What's nice about it is, it's always local. You might find what you want on RC, but it can be located in Oshkosh :banghead:

Nice to have you join us,

Hi. I'm new here as well, and am looking forward to hearing about the 120g you're putting up. As much as I'd like a big tank now, I can only get the thrill of one vicariously through others.

wow, thanks for all the welcome messages, nice to be here....
turns out i found a 120AGA for sale for a cool $100, it needs some cleaning and it is not drilled. i was hoping to find a RR but what can you do. The place i'm buying from recommended a place uptown called Agressive Glass or something like that to get it drilled for overflows. I guess the thing in the back of my mind is that i cant set it up for a few months...we're about to get a new kitchen, starting at the end of Jan, and my wife wants me to wait until the kitchen is done before i start...ugh, the decisions!!!:headache:
