No, I get up pretty early in the morning, like you, and when I thought the male Bangaii was close to letting the babies go, I took a low power flashlight and found them in the crevices of the LR. When the actinics turned on, at 6 am, I took a net and scooped as many out as I coud get to. The babies didn't swim away from the net. They just stayed still. I transferred them to my refugium, which you can partially see in the other pic I posted. I've never fed them, either. I noticed that they stayed around piles of macroalgae, and were eating pods. They only started eating frozen mysis and brine shrimp when they were about half the size that you see in the pic. These guys are my third batch. I had a fourth yesterday morning, but they were all subject to predation.
