I OD'd my reef with Kent Super DKH by mistake. My DKH is 16. Can I use white vinegar to correct it?

Let it come back down on it's own. You will only compound the problem by jerking it back down too quickly.

You may want to try a 10% water change this will help some without any major change.

As jmeader said, the best course of action here is no course of action. Just don't add any more buffer until it comes down on its own. It should be back to normal within a week.
