Yes, but why would you want to? If there is proteinaceous crap on the skeleton it's better to try to remove it by soaking in bleach. If you boil it you are just cooking the proteins a bit, not removing them.

Mix a solution of bleach and water 25/75+-. Soak the coral untill it is bleached out then rinse thuroughly and let air dry until all the bleach smell is gone. If you soak too long the coral will disolve.

I agree with Greg - why boil, unless you're trying to kill (cook) some organism on/in the skeletons - and if so, bleaching will do it just as well.

Soak the dead coral skeletons in a strong bleach/water solution. The skeletons turn white pretty quickly. Rinse the skeletons thoroughly in fresh water, then soak them overnight in fresh water and a chlorine removing product such as Novaqua. Rinse again in fresh water and they should be safe to put in your tank. Smell the skeletons before you put them in your tank, and if you get any bleach smell, soak them some more in a chlorine removing solution.
