Harbour anemone for plenum?

I'm not sure how they are called,but they are those dark coloured annoying ones that come on live rocks.
I just decided to clean my tank from them,than I've got a better idea:
What about putting them into my soon to be built plenum?
I would have there a DSB,LR,caluerpa with light on constantly.
Thinking that the anemone is just taking out nutrients and not seeing it,would do a good job.
Please tell me your oppinion.

i think you mean refugium. nothing will live in the plenum for long ha ha.

what shape and how big are those "annoying ones"? Not quite sure what you are referring to?

Yes,I meant refugium.

I have a big one,about 1" base with 1" head.Looks like 3 branches of xenia tied together.
Recently I've got 5-6 small ones on a LR.
The shrooms and corals don't like them,they shrink.
Anyhow,what else should be in the ref?

Uhh....Are you talking about aiptasia? or, anemonia?

Run a search of the threads under "aiptasia" and "anemonia" to see if what you have is it.
