I purchased a purple based anemone about a week ago and it's been looking great! At night, when the MH's go off and only the actinics are on, the anemone looks "deflated" and the it's tip look all flat with the mouth sticking out. I feed it regularly (bout once everyother day) and it takes whatever i feed it, mysis, brine, krill. Tank specs are: lighting is dual 400 iwasakis with 2 by 40w NO actinics all over a 75g tank. All water params are normal and everything seems to be doing ok. My 20 or so sps are doing excellent. During the day the anemone looks find though, should I be worried? It is about 6 inches from the top of the tank. What do I do?

You do nothing, sound's normal to me. I'd be worried if it did that during the day moreso than at night. If it was getting too much light or too little light it would move (right across your prize acropora usually) so lighting shouldn't be an issue. Keep an eye on it and maybe cut down on the feeding, the 400's should supply most of its metabolic needs. HTH

Only thing that sounds weird is that it gets deflated tentacles and it's stomach looks like it's coming out. At night, all photosynthetic creatures will retract their more sensitive parts and some will send out stinging tentacles. Both of these are protective measures. Anemones will withdraw into their base (for lack of a better description) and pull their tentacles in. It will resemble a bulb with a few tentacles sticking out of it in the middle, almost like you took it's base and pulled it up and squeezed it shut around the anemones tentacles. If it's guts are coming out, that's a bad sign if it is done regularly. Once in a while they will spit their insides out (it's actually poop from what I understand) but if it is spewing out its guts every night, something is wrong.

As far as light, like the above posts said, it'll move if it doesn't like its home.

When you feed the anemone a lot, then it will "deflate" to expel wastes and/or extra food. I have noticed that on my bta and cut down on its feedings, too bad my sebae clown does not agree with me and continuosly grabs food from feedings and stuffs it into the bta.
