You must mean Halichoeres cyanocephalus. The species you listed is not valid. H.cyanocephalus is commonly known as the lightening wrasse (yellow strip on top of blue body)
Never had one, but I do know people who have kept them for years. It's pretty much like all Halichores sp.: a fairly hardy species that has a proclevity to dig up the sandbed and efficiency to wipe out benthic plankton. It's reef-safe as far as most decorative inverts are concerned. Gets to about a foot long, so don't bother if your tank is smaller then 100 gallons. They're also very bolsterous and can dominate the tank.
