K - stupid question.

I have a yellow sinularia in my nano reef tank at work that's grown substantially since I first placed it in there. It reaches upward during the day about 5 inches or so now. :D Yesterday, I noted the very tip of a couple of its "fingers" are touching the surface of the water. My question is - should I (a) move it lower in the tank, or (b) will its current placement naturally (and not harmfully) limit its vertical growth and encourage more branching and widening??

TIA!
