He did in fact have to pay extra as he special ordered the colors to do the skimmer, and he couldn't get 3/8th blue for the flanges, so he had to order 1/2" stock. It costs the same, does the same job.. I think it's pretty cool, but if you don't like the idea.. so what, it's going in the sump. Hehe.

I seem to remember he made red skimmers many months ago, and then had a sale on the red skimmers only (bad sales? wonder why?) In my total guess, he was still sitting on a bunch of red skimmers and then got creative.... :wink:

Heh, he did red skimmers last 4th of july, and has been out of red for many moons (all bullet 2's sold were red whether you liked it or not in that time). I doubt he had any much longer than a month after the 4th. Someone tries to do something cool and people gripe and pick on them.. sheesh. You can't please everyone

I actually had one on order before they came out and called them to see if I could get one. Really nice people over there .. They are going to do it and there is no extra cost for the RW&B. The Limited one was brought back, I was told, because Japan had oredered a large quantity and they have some extras that they are going to be selling (Bullet 1's)
