Here are a few of my tank recently.

Beautiful Bill! Do you have any problems with the corals being that close together?

Just about all of my coral's have grown from small frags. The acropora's just join together. The green Montipora tries to grow over the red. I frag alot of them every 2-3 months. I also use a power head once a week to clean everybody off. I think if I didn't do this I would have a algae problem. Presently I use 4 power heads and a sea swirl for movement. Plus my turnover rate is around 1500gals and hour.

Thanks for the complements, The tank is a 120gal with about 135lb of rock from the Florida. The rock is 11years old, but this tank is alittle more than 8 years. I use 2 400w 6500k, 2 110w vho's, 2 compacts. I use a 13hr photo period, I run my MH's 11hrs and they are 8" off the water. I've got my sump in my basement. The sump is a 75gal tank. I use a 1/4 horse drop in chiller. I use a MTC cal reactor, a custom 48" precision marine skimmer. I used to run a 48" venturi MTC skimmer but I switched last year. I plan on someday having a 400-500gal system so I think I'll use both skimmers then. I use a cpr150 for overflow, the return pump is a 100rlt. The sump pump has an inline valve to back it off. I also use a wavemaker with 4 maxijet 1000's, plus a large sea swirl. I don't us any chemicals, except an occasional use of carbon.

The tank has ten different species of sps, 3 montipora, 2 stylopora, and various other pieces. I only have 4 fish.

If you were looking for my web site your not gonna find it. Three or four years ago I was in the process of building it but I bought another business and its taken up alot of my energy. I'm hoping by Xmas I'll finally have it up. Unfortunately its all or nothing with me and I just didn't want to wing it.
