I have a scarlet cleaner shrimp that has eaten from my hand. My peppermints (2) probably would too if they weren't so intimidated by the cleaner. Problem is, now I can't do anything in the tank without the cleaner guy wanting to crawl over over my hands looking for dinner.

Whenever Im placing a new coral in my tank or moving something, my coral banded comes running out to see if i have food. Ive never tried feeding him but I guess I could...as long as he keeps his little claws off my skin. Anybody else w/ a CB?

There is a booklet written called "How to Raise and Train your Peppermint Shrimp" that has tips on little tricks you can teach them as well as techniques on raising them. It was reviewed either here in Advanced Aquarist or in Reefkeeping magazine (on Reefcentral) I can't remember which. I tried a quick search for you to find it but I was not able to find the book review. Maybe if you have some time on your hands you could search around the web and find it.

My skunk takes food by hand and attempts to clean me everytime I'm in the tank. Also, cleans the fish, litterally inside and out. Fire fish lets him clean in his mouth!
