Fish Blindness..

Anyone know any causes of fish blindness. I seem to have a couple of fish that might be going blind they are both pretty young (Yellow Tang, and a Blue Damselfish). I also had an O. Clown that went blind last year in a different tank. So I am kind of concerned.

Water is changed as needed and tested regularly. Corals and inverts are fine.

My hogfish recently went blind and passed away. I don't believe there are any conclusive reasons as to why this happens. Some suggest it's a dietary deficiency, while others say it's simple genetics. I also wonder if it has anything to do with our lights, either quality or quantity.
