Anyone have any thoughts on this? I am getting tired of dosing every morning with the Bionic and it is getting expensive. This was recommended to me over the calcium reactors. Thanks
I've seen this unit and it is indeed very nicely built. However, my recommendation is that if you are trying to automate your additive regiment, go with a calcium reactor (calcium carbonate + CO2) first. While they are a little more expensive when you account for the CO2 system, calcium reactors will run much longer before you need to replace media. Ca reactors also provide a more complete solution to additives since it is melting aragonite. Kalkreactors will only provide you calcium and carbonates.
