got a dual 250w electronic ballast from custom aquatics for $130,
problem is that's just the ballast, so you have to have a little DIY know how to rig it up for your system.

I just bought my 250w 20k bulb for my 55g yesterday from these guys. I Paid 79 for the bulb.

premium aquatics is cheaper on bulbs than that last post. My phoenix were 69.95 and you get a 5% RDO discount.

If you have any DIY desires it is very cheap to get the ballast off e-bay. Search the entire site for Metal Halide and you will get auctions for low-bay or high-bay fixtures. These are lights used in warehouses. Take them apart and rebuild. I got 3 175 fixture for $50 after shipping.
