have a LFS closing down and they have a oceanic sump size 36.5x12.5x17.5 that I believe I would like to get. I currently have a wet dry filter system about 8 gallons which has a internal sump which is very small. I have been trying to make a decision to get a bigger sump which will allow for a bigger protein skimmer and not sure if the Oceanic sump model 2 will be a good sump to work with a nice protein skimmer. Appreciate your input on whether the oceanic model two can accommodate a nice size protein skimmer and if the model is an O.K. sump.
