How little Phosban can you use in a reactor?

I've heard I should start slow with a Phosban and reactor (1/4 recommended amount). Since I only have a 92 gal tank, that would be very little (don't know the exact quantities). However, the 150 reactor says you should use a minimum of 130g. Are there people out there that use less (a lot less)? I thought this would be good insurance for my tank, but I don't want to screw it up either. Thanks.

If you've never run a GFO in your tank before I think it would be wise to go with the 1/4 starting dose. You don't want to change your phosphate levels (or any levels for that matter) too quickly.
