Just curious as to what works for you guys.

I use paper towels, and I go threw a lot of them per week. I use them for everything I do with the tank. My reason is because they dont leave hair on anything, and that is a peve of mine. I hate to see stray hairs floating in my tank.

white vinegar and paper towels.

I usually take the damp vinegar paper towel that I cleaned the outside glass with and go over the center brace and other spots that build up salt creep.

Supposedly old newspaper works well but I don't get any newspapers so I rarely have any laying around.

I am disapointed. I was hoping there was some cool towel out there do get the job done. I have to buy the really thick paper towels other wise they barley last a few days. I will kepp the vinegar thing in mind. Sounds good.

I use a fresh razor blade. Scrapes up all that film. I also have a squeege and a spray bottle of freshwater which I use on acrylic. But nothing cleans everything off the front glass for me like a razor blade. Use once then toss.

I use Coralife glass cleaner/polisher. Works great.

I only clean the outside glass maybe once a month. That's all the necessary.

I do use a magfloat a couple time a week to clean the inside glass. I guess that in itself helps keep the outside glass clean too.

I have a couple of towels I use for fish stuff. I put one under my mag float when I clean the glass.

Cleans the inside and the outside, and I don't waste paper towels.

Uh, I don't know about you guys, but considering that the outside of my tank doesn't get dirty that much (I probably have to clean it 2-4 times a month) I use paper towels (2 whoping sheets! :D ) and throw them away after I'm done cleaning both my tanks...

I mostly just buff the glass with a paper towel without any cleaner. When it gets very smudged I use some ro water and a paper towel.

I have also used vinegar (don't use Windex on acrylic tanks) and windex cleaners too.
