torch is losing heads :(

Everything in my tank looks ok but one of my torches, a week ago I notice that the tissue in one head was detaching from its stalk two days after the head was gone but today I'm seeing the same thing in one of the remaining heads (same torch). I'm thinking it could be the lack or the excess of some element in my tank because there's no apparent infection... the other torches in my system look great.


Parameters are 0 and calcium is above 400.

Any clue?

very strange it is happening to one colony only, i was thinking it was a water quality problem like toxins or lack of trace elements. but if the other corals and torches are ok, it sounds like maybe that colony was injured somehow. i would still do a big water change to be safe.
