i just bought a box of frozen silversides but when i go to feed them to my grouper, they just float to the top and my grouper never comes to the top. any ideas on how to make the silversides stay on the bottom?

You have to tie little weights to them. lol. Try thawing them first. What kind of grouper do you have? I had a miniatus that would eat shrimp out of my hand. I had to move him to another tank one day cause he ate my clown and he died in the other tank. :(

yes i thaw them in tank water as well first. they are the ones in a box by pro salt. this is the first time i bought them. the weird thing is, if you buy the ones all frozen together in the plastic rectangular bag, those sink. they are just a pain in the a$$ to break apart. any suggestions with those?
