I'm just curious what kind of starfish my harlequin will be munching on for a while.....thanks in advance.

May sound weird but I feel bad for the starfish :(

Is it relatvely available or should I try to keep it and not let my harley eat it....if it's special I will remove it from my tank.

They don't tend to do well long term except in the largest tanks with lots of mature encrusting organisms for them to graze. Not sure what they eat but they typically starve within months to a year or two tops in the average reef.

A species best left in the ocean in my opinion given its poor captive track record.

I would not depend on this species to feed your harlequin, that's for sure. Your best bet is to find small Asterina stars from fellow reefers.
