Seio pumps are not designed to turn off and on, so I'd say no. Sure it might work for a little bit, but as low end as seio pumps are to start with, I wouldn't expect much from them.
Rio makes a seio controller. It doesn't turn the power off completely, it just ramps it up and down changing the speeds of the pumps. Not too expensive and right inline with a wavemaster pro I believe.
If you already have the wavemaster then use MaxiJets.
yeah, the seios aren't designed for the red sea wave maker. if you use a seio on a wavemaker other than that designed for the seio, it will void any factory warranty that was on the seio.
it will probably screw up the pumps if you use the red sea wavemaker. the seios aren't designed to start and stop as mentioned earlier.
