I seemed to have disabled the clock on my fixture, when I set the clock to lets say 15:00, it stays at 15:00 forever, doesn't tick to 15:01, making my timer function useless.
The colon, ":" continues to blink every second, (quartz crystal is still working) just the time doesn't change. This happened when I was cleaning out the fixture and removed the circuit board, however I don't believe I damaged it.
I see what appears to be a little watch battery on it and I'm wondering if there its a little watch battery on it, or something, that stopped charging, (like a clock radio when you unplug it, goes back to 12:00) though it should have plenty of electricity if its plugged in, and continue counting. Anyway, I haven't got a clue. I swapped the board with my other fixture, the problem is localized to the board. Its 6 years old.

Their instruction manual doesn't say anything about getting the clock to run, just on setting the time.
Also their website is down, I'm wondering how I can get a replacement part now if the US distributor may be out of business, likely a victim of the economy slow down due to covid 19.
Does anyone know where I can get parts information?
