coco worms

anyone have experience with coco worms? I saw some for sale and was thinking of getting one. I have a feather duster already (for over a year). i don't spot feed and its doing fine. The color of the coco worm got me interested, Not sure feather dusters come in the red/white color I saw,

I believe coco worms are much bigger and will need more to support than your ornamental duster. If your duster is growing and expanding, then go for the coco.

I have three feather dusters and two coco worms. Coco worms tend to be skittish when you first get them, so it is hard to target feed them. Squirt very fine food up current, so that the food is brought to them. Mine get fed at least twice a day.

Ive had 2 cocos for almost 2 years now. I dont directly feed them but I do broadcast feed heavily

I'm probably going to get one. $15 for a feather duster compared to $50 for a coco worm is a bug difference. I have he space (125 gallon). But I don't know what my calcium levels are. which websites are saying is needed because they build a hard tube as compared to the feather dusters.

I actually went today and they had the same small one.

I usually go once a week to see what they have.

I wish I had went earlier last week. There were some nice big ones. Colorful too. Not many other lfs sell them apparently.
