need help with plumbing on 75G due to hole placement

hey guys i need some help with plumbing issues on a 75G tank i have a flow box inside the tank with 3 holes that are aligned if anyone has some time and willing to give some good advice on how to make this work properly please shoot me text at 9739000939 Luke
