Identification Disease ID and Treatment Please (Clownfish)

Hey Everyone just wanted to ask if anyone knows what this is on my GF stubby clownfish (the stubby clown came with the fish tank years ago). We recently moved her into the new house, and we upgraded her tank. We took pretty much all of her last tank’s water, filter media and tank decor. We noticed it looks like she is shedding(best way I can describe it). Any ideas what this is or what can we do to treat it. She is eatting normally. Not sure if the video will play, I took pics
