New Bulb Adjustment

I just switched from AB10K 150DE to Reeflux 12K 150DE is there anything I have to do to aclimate my corals to the new light? Like starting with only a couple hours on and then slowly stepping it up or can I just throw them right on for the full photo period?

I thought so, just saw a little bit of color change on one of my caps that almost looked like it was getting burnt, so I wanted to be sure, the ABs are about 7 months old

AB's 10k's are MUCH stronger than Reeflux's 12k's.

just got worried cause in like a day, one of my caps started to go from a greyish blue with purple/blue polyps to like a purple/red/brownish color with blue/purple polyps

That's doesn't sound like it's getting "burnt" as you mentioned earlier

I didn't think it was, it just started to getting a slightly brownish color and it happen pretty fast so I was a lil concerned
