If anyone had any doubts about what eats Green hair algae, Let me tell you....
I had a couple of rocks with zoos in my 18g nano, that had GHA starting to run rampant, Not all over, just these rocks. I tried a lot of things to get rid of it, but it just came back. I decided to put the rocks in my 46 bow to see what would happen with the sailfin tang and a foxface.
Well, as soon as I put them in, the tank went for the algae like a shark after a chum bucket! by the next morning, the rocks were BUTT NAKED (of algae, the zoos were fine)! I'm leaving them in for a few days before I move them back.
Just thought this would be an interesting observation, maybe helpful. The foxface picked at it, but the tang went nuts. People say not much will eat it, but I found my aquatic gardener!
