MH Ballast, Good Price?

Icecap 250W Ballast Old style. $65 shipped is this a good price for this ballast? I wanna know before I purchase it. Thanks

It will be firing a 14K Hamilton Bulb.

Electrical wholesalers sell 175 ballasts for $65... just for reference

Just as a possible notation, I think that the "old style" IC ballast do not fire DE bulbs.

But I could be wrong.
I know that they don't do something that the newer style ballast does.

The older style will only fire SE bulbs. But the hamilton I was going to put in it was a SE anyway. Ink, electrical wholesalers do but do they sell icecap's?
